1. Terms

1.1 King Partners - an affiliate program for making money on monetizing gambling projects.

1.2 Partner - an affiliate program participant, who receives income from monetizing projects by promoting brands according to the tariff.

1.3 Active partner - a participant of program, who during the reporting period attracts 11 or more new players.

1.4 Inactive partner¹ - a participant of program, who for 3(three) months attracts 10 or less new players for the reporting period.

1.5 Project - a brand website that provides the opportunity to play random online games.

1.6 Tariff - reward model for partners.

1.7 Revenue Share or partner remuneration from casino income - a pricing model in which the partner receives a reward in the amount of the agreed percentage of the casino income from real players.

1.8 СРА (Cost per Action) - a pricing model in which the partner receives a one-time reward for each attracted new player who suits the conditions and performs one or more obligatory actions.

1.9 Player - a registered user (individual) who came by the partner's link.

1.10 Real player - a registered used (individual) who came by the link of a partner and made a deposit.

1.11 New player - a real player who made the first deposit within the first 14 days from the date of registration. Players who make their first deposit after more than 14 days are considered real players.

1.12 Income - partner`s payments reward according to tariff.

1.13 Project`s income - profit, consists of the difference between the loss player's own funds and payments, license fees to the owner`s platform in the amount of 15%, payment system fees for deposit / withdrawal of funds in the amount of 5.5%.

1.14 Reporting period - a period of time for generating financial statistics, based on the result of which partner`s incomes are calculated and charged to the balance sheet for withdrawal.

1.15 Promotional materials - tools provided or approved by the King Partners administration for marketing communications in order to promote projects as a part of the King Partners.

2. Create an account

2.1 By registering with the King Partners affiliate program, the partner fully accepts the rules, conditions, requirements and conditions contained herein, agrees with them and submits to them.

2.2 The partner understands and accepts the fact that the specified rules, terms, requirements and conditions can be changed by King Partners without prior notification of the partner. The rules published on the King Partners website are currently valid. A chronology of changes of the rules, regulations, requirements and conditions is not conducted.

2.3 At the moment of registration in the affiliate program, the partner must be of legal age (no younger than 18 years old).

2.4 By registering an account, the partner agrees to provide reliable contact information and maintain it up to date. King Partners reserves the right to request additional information from a partner.

2.5 A partner has the right to register and use only one account in the King Partners affiliate program. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.6 The partner agrees not to transfer data for access to the account to third parties. Responsibility for the security of login data lies only on the partner.

2.7 The King Partners affiliate program has the right to refuse to cooperate with one or another partner, without giving reasons. Similarly, a partner has the right to stop or completely terminate cooperation with King Partners at any time.

2.8 The partner is strictly forbidden after registering an account in the affiliate program to create accounts on projects sites through his referral link and try to earn money in the affiliate program by making deposits on project sites. Both accounts in this case are blocked without the possibility of recovery. Payments are not made to them.

2.9 The partner is prohibited from engaging himself in the affiliate program, for example: the situation when "Partner1" attracts "Partner 2" and both of these partners are the same person is considered fraud and brings the blocking of both accounts without possibility of recovery and payment.

3. Requirements for promotional materials and traffic sources

3.1 Affiliate program King Partners has the right to require information from a partner about methods and sources of attracting players. The absence of such information from a partner, as well as the provision of inaccurate information about traffic sources, is considered as a violation of the requirements for promotional materials and traffic sources.

3.2 Allowed traffic sources: direct advertising on Partner`s websites, search traffic, contextual, teaser and targeted advertising, social networks, email newsletters, sms, CashBack, ClickUnder, PopUnder, brand traffic.².

3.3 When promoting projects King Partners is prohibited:

• use mail spam as a way to send promotional materials;
• promise players and website visitors non-existent bonuses and promotions, thereby misleading them;
• encourage players to re-create accounts on project sites, if they already had one;
• advertise project services among minors;
• provide false information about winnings and winners;
• create an impression among the players that the winnings are guaranteed, thereby misleading them.
• any use of an image of a person (photo, video or portrait) appearing in promotional materials, without the written consent of that person;
• use of the trademark in promotional materials without the written consent of the owner of the trademark;
• any use of images of public figures (photos, videos or portraits) appearing in promotional materials, without the written consent of these persons;
• any mention of public figures, without the written consent of these persons;

3.4 Violation of the requirements for advertising materials and traffic sources may be punished, which consists in blocking the partner’s account without paying remuneration and the possibility of recovery.

4. Financial issues. Commission and profit calculation formula.

4.1 ПProfit of a partner depends on his activity, the chosen tariff and the project.

4.2 Payments to partners are made three time per moths:

• first reporting period - 12 (within 2 business days)
• second reporting period - 22 (within 2 business days)
• third reporting period - 2 (within 2 business days)

4.3 Available Rates: Revenue Share and CPA.

• Revenue Share model tariffication is available for all new partners.
• CPA model tariffication is available on individual conditions for active partners after traffic testing.

4.4 For all new partners provided special conditions during the first 10 reporting periods (100 days) from the moment if receiving 1 new player. To activate the increased tariff, the Partner needs to contact a personal manager.

4.5 Revenue Share profit accrual to partners upon completion of special welcome conditions depends on the number of New Players and is calculated according to the table:

CPA - Terms and amount of remuneration are discussed individually.

4.6 Change (increase or decrease) in the interest rate for partners occurs once per month. Date is different for each casino and depends on first deposit date. When recalculating commission payments to a partner, the average indicator for 3 reporting periods (last month) is considered.

4.7 A partner is assigned the status Inactive if within 3 moths he generated 10 or less new players for the reporting period.

4.8 For inactive partners, the rate on the Revenue Share tariff is reduced to 25% of the Casino's revenue, and to 10 % if during six months (18 reporting periods), partner brought 1 or less new players on average for reporting period.

4.9 The account of an inactive partner who has not visited his personal account on the Affiliate Program website for 6 months or more will be frozen, and payments will no longer be charged. To unblock an account, you must contact Support Service.

4.10 According to the results of the reporting period, the partner's balance may have a negative value if the amount of the player's winnings significantly exceeds the amount of deposits. A negative balance up to -300$ is reset at the end of the reporting period. Negative balance resets separate for each casino. If the balance is lower -300$ , it is transferred to the new reporting period.

4.11 Payments are made within 2 business days after the end of the reporting period by the following payment methods: Visa/MasterCard, USDT.

4.12 The minimum amount to receive payment is $100. The maximum payout amount of payment (partner's earnings) is not limited.

4.13 The affiliate program reserves the right to make payments to the partner in a manner other than that chosen by the partner.

4.14 In case of detection of suspicious activity of the players involved by the partner, as well as in the case of checking the quality of traffic, payments may be delayed for the period necessary to carry out these checks. The delay in payment is determined by the administration of the affiliate program at its discretion.

4.15 The King Partners program allows you to earn not only on attracting players, but also on attracting partners to the affiliate program. The program pays 5 % of the profits of all the partners on RevShare tariff you provide. At the same time, these 5 % are not deducted from the partners you provide, their income is paid to them in full.

5. Responsibility and resolution of disputes.

5.1 The program does not guarantee its uninterrupted and error-free operation. King Partners reserves the right to carry out maintenance work with a partial or complete suspension of operation.

5.2 If, for any reason, the partner was erroneously calculated / paid commission and/or statistics were incorrectly collected, the program has the right to correct these errors by conducting corrective operations on the partner's account.

5.3 King Partners reserves the right to present any financial expenses to the partner's account that may arise as a result of fraudulent activity on the part of players whom the partner has attracted to the program project sites.

5.4 Intentional actions aimed at causing financial or other damage to the affiliate program or partner sites are prohibited and punishable by blocking the account without payment and the possibility of recovery.

5.5 King Partners is not responsible for the content of partner sites and the actions of partners.

5.6 In the event of a dispute, the affiliate program specialists considered all the arguments and explanations of the partner, and will do everything to make decisions as objectively as possible. The final decision of King Partners is not subject to revision.

6. Confidential information

6.1 King Partners, like the draft programs, applies various technical measures in order to protect all confidential information held by us from any unauthorized access, its modification and /or its destruction.

6.2 All specialists of King Partners and information processors who have access to the personal data of partners, as well as players referred by them and those who are somehow connected with their processing, are under an agreement to respect your right to confidentiality.

6.3 All personal data of partners will not be stored in the program longer than it will be required for full cooperation.

6.4 King Partners, in turn, are required to keep all confidential information secret even after termination of this agreement.

¹ This refers to partners who have stopped active placement and receive players on a residual basis, or due to the efforts of the Casino to convert registered users into players.
Partners who have small or non-permanent sources of traffic are not considered inactive and can apply for individual conditions. For more information, contact your personal manager.

² Brand traffic – the creation of clones of Casino sites in order to obtain new players by intercepting users in search engines for branded requests. This type of traffic is not prohibited, but only according to Revenue Share tariffication and with a reduced rate of 10 %.
